Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Relations Director to join our team in North and South Carolina. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with residents, addressing complaints and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to resident complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with architectural requests and amendments to governing documents.
  • Provide support for community events and activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to represent the company in a professional manner.
