Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Royalty Hospitality Staffing. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and process blood and other specimens from patients in a fast-paced laboratory setting.
  • Perform venipunctures and other specimen collection procedures with precision and care.
  • Label, centrifuge, and store specimens according to established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of specimen collection and processing.
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure efficient and effective specimen processing.
  • Comply with OSHA and DEP regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed.
  • Minimum of 6 months' work experience performing venipunctures in a laboratory or hospital setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years experience.
  • Clean driving record.
