Central Baptist Village is seeking a highly skilled Director of Clinical Services to lead our nursing professionals in our senior living campus. This role is responsible for overseeing clinical care across assisted living, sheltered care, and skilled nursing units, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to promote a safe, effective, and compassionate care environment.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and monitor clinical care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS and IDPH.
  • Lead and develop teams to deliver high-quality care and services.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in Illinois.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a long-term care facility.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations and experience with regulatory surveys.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
