Key Responsibilities- Provide general front and back office support to professional staff
- Escort patients to exam rooms and maintain clean, neat, and well-stocked exam rooms
- Take vital signs, including weight and temperature, and document patient information
- Assist with exams and special procedures, including phlebotomy and injections
- Perform CLIA waived lab tests and office procedures, such as PFT and EKG
- Communicate with patients, pharmacy, and other healthcare professionals via phone and in person
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Completion of a MA training program required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Fingerprint Clearance Card required
