Job Description

Victorium Legal, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to support our attorneys in various aspects of case management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will assist lawyers in trial preparation, conduct research, and prepare legal documents and pleadings.

You will also be responsible for drafting subpoenas, coordinating with process servers, and conducting interviews with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist lawyers in trial preparation by preparing and organizing exhibits, organizing and coordinating witnesses, conducting research on legal articles, and assisting with client meetings and filing motions.
  • Draft subpoenas and coordinate with process servers.
  • Conduct interviews with clients to gather information about their legal issues.
  • Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings such as complaints, interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits, under the supervision of a lawyer.
