Role Summary:

  • Deliver exceptional technical expertise and engineering assistance for the design and enhancement of both new and existing products. This role requires collaboration across various functions, seeking a driven individual with experience in report writing, logistics, or technical documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining product quality, manufacturing efficiency, supply chain reliability, and cost reduction initiatives. Engage in technical and cross-functional project activities. Foster a culture of innovation by actively proposing creative ideas for new products and improvements to existing product functionalities. Grasp customer requirements through literature analysis, interviews, direct observations, competitive assessments, prototype testing, and simulated use evaluations. Convert customer insights into engineering specifications for products, packaging, and processes.
  • Design and develop durable and manufacturable products by applying a solid understanding of engineering principles. Create and implement testing methodologies that define measurement tools, testing setups, measurement systems analysis, and data interpretation. Prepare comprehensive technical documentation based on design verification testing and product development efforts. Ensure adherence to quality standards, policies, and regulations at all levels.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering is essential (Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering preferred). A minimum of 1-2 years of engineering experience is required, ideally within the medical device sector or a regulated environment.
  • Proven capability to employ statistical methodologies and computer-based analysis.
  • Willingness to consider candidates from outside the local area, with the understanding that relocation assistance is not available and candidates should be prepared to start promptly.
