We are seeking a highly skilled Expert Business Analyst to join our team at Gainwell Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through the analysis and design of complex business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee, plan, and design highly complex business processes to improve and support business activities.
  • Analyze and document client business requirements and processes, constructing conceptual data and process models to communicate requirements.
  • Perform lead roles in creating complex test case scenarios for testing and/or monitoring the testing of business applications to verify client requirements are incorporated into the system design.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with clients on larger accounts to gather and document requirements and explore complex solutions.
  • Provide project team member guidance and support throughout the project life cycle, offering work guidance and mentoring to less experienced personnel.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Twelve or more years of business processes and business analysis experience, with five or more years of Medicaid or Medicare experience required.
  • Experience working with the interface of information technology with functional groups within an organization.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical language into client language.
  • Ability to lead and work in a team environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously and switching between tasks quickly.
