POSITION OVERVIEW
The role involves loading and unloading trucks and rail cars at the Outside Operator level while assisting Board Operators. The Board Operator is responsible for setting up and operating automatic or semi-automatic machinery and related equipment in a continuous production or processing environment. This position requires monitoring meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls to ensure compliance with production and process specifications. Any malfunctions or irregularities must be reported, and minor adjustments and repairs to equipment may be necessary. All tasks must be performed in accordance with established safety protocols.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the above requirements.
- One (1) or more years of relevant experience (Preferred)
- Required Certifications/Licensures: Certified to operate a forklift

Ability to work in temperature ranges from below freezing to 100 degrees, effectively and safely in PPE, walk or stand for 1-11 hours per shift, sit for 1-3 hours during the shift, lift up to 40 pounds, upload and offload railcars, and climb ladders and stairs.
- Test incoming product samples against specifications and report any out-of-spec results.
- Monitor and operate equipment as needed or authorized.
- May be certified to work as a Console Operator temporarily as required.
- Experienced Operators may be tasked with training or mentoring entry-level operators.
- Assist maintenance personnel as needed.
- Must successfully complete refresher training as required.
- Load and unload trucks and railcars.
- Participate in all safety meetings and training.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
