">Job Description
">This role involves assisting with the formal grievance process, including assigning grievance numbers, classifying grievances, typing responses, obtaining signatures, and distributing them within the required timeframe. The successful candidate will also maintain a log of all formal grievances.
">In addition to these duties, the senior clerk duty warden will provide advanced secretarial services, preparing official correspondence and departmental documentation. They will take and transcribe minutes of various meetings, type and proofread daily correspondence, maintain appropriate files and records, and act as office receptionist.
">The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">Applicants must have a strong understanding of administrative procedures and be proficient in typing and record-keeping. They should also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work well under pressure.
">A valid driver's license is not required for this position.
