Crowe is seeking a talented Risk and Compliance Intern to join our team in Summer 2025. As a Risk and Compliance team member, you will play a critical role in helping clients resolve business needs through analyzing their risk and control environment, evaluating compliance with regulatory requirements, and defining, developing, and implementing business processes, controls, and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and evaluate clients' risk and control environments to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement business processes, controls, and technology solutions to mitigate risk and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and industry trends
  • Communicate complex risk and compliance information to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Actuarial Science, Business/Data Analytics, Business Management, Economics, Finance, Forensic Accounting, Informatics, or Internal Audit
  • Strong understanding of financial and operational business processes and industry standards
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel up to 60% or more annually

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
