Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project cost estimates and documentation.
- Oversee significant project expenses, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
- Create and uphold project budgets while managing overall cost efficiency.
- Generate Estimate-At-Completion (EAC) reports and conduct variance analysis.
- Enhance project profitability and monitor performance indicators.
- Track and reconcile unbilled project amounts to minimize discrepancies.
- Supervise and optimize project cash flow.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for project teams as needed.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly project forecasts.
- Engage in monthly project review discussions.
- Ensure accurate project settlement and prepare month-end journal entries.
- Assist in contract closure and cost submissions.
- Support both internal and external audit processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in Program Controls, Project Management (with a focus on cost, schedule, and performance), and Financial Analysis.
- Proficient in developing project pricing models and performing scenario analyses.
