Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project cost estimates and documentation.
  • Oversee significant project expenses, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
  • Create and uphold project budgets while managing overall cost efficiency.
  • Generate Estimate-At-Completion (EAC) reports and conduct variance analysis.
  • Enhance project profitability and monitor performance indicators.
  • Track and reconcile unbilled project amounts to minimize discrepancies.
  • Supervise and optimize project cash flow.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for project teams as needed.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly project forecasts.
  • Engage in monthly project review discussions.
  • Ensure accurate project settlement and prepare month-end journal entries.
  • Assist in contract closure and cost submissions.
  • Support both internal and external audit processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Program Controls, Project Management (with a focus on cost, schedule, and performance), and Financial Analysis.
  • Proficient in developing project pricing models and performing scenario analyses.
