Production DBA Specialist

About the Job: As a Production DBA Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our database infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Administer, troubleshoot, and support multiple Oracle databases across various platforms, including Linux and AIX.
- Configure and maintain Golden Gate replication environments to minimize data loss and ensure data consistency.
- Develop and implement plans for database patching, upgrades, and security compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with Oracle database administration, particularly with RAC clusters and Golden Gate replication.
- Strong knowledge of database security, compliance, and patch management.
