Product Leadership Opportunity in Database DevOps

We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to lead our flagship product, which enables developers, data scientists, data engineers, DevOps, and DBAs to automate, govern, and gain insights in their data store CI/CD pipelines. As a Principal Product Manager, you will define the product strategy, work closely with the business and engineering teams, and deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Strategy: Develop a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with customer needs and market trends.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including marketing, sales, engineering, and customer success, to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
- Customer Focus: Work directly with customers to understand their pain points and requirements, ensuring our product meets their needs and provides an impactful user experience.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies that can inform product decisions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business and the industry by delivering innovative products that solve complex problems in database DevOps and CI/CD.
Requirements:- Experience: 6+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
- Skills: Strong understanding of product development, customer needs, and market trends; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
