Shift Details:
All shifts available from 6:30 AM to 3 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Under the guidance of the Director of Nursing, the RN will apply foundational nursing principles and basic assessment skills to create and implement tailored nursing care plans that address resident needs.
- Supervise and orient nursing staff, ensuring smooth daily operations within the unit.
- Engage actively in direct resident assessments and care.
- Oversee and coordinate nursing staff in delivering direct care while adhering to State and Federal regulations.
- Develop individualized nursing care plans using the nursing process.
- Conduct daily assessments of each resident and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Participate in the training and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Utilize effective leadership and supervisory principles.
