Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced neurosurgery advanced practice providers (NP/PA) to deliver high-quality patient care in Reston, VA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to neurosurgical patients
  • Serve as a liaison between physicians, patients, and their families
  • Collaborate with physicians to assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
  • Order and interpret clinical tests, and report results to physicians
  • Prescribe medications and recommend therapeutic treatments in conjunction with physicians
  • Ensure patient outcomes are achieved within a safe time frame while delivering quality care

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia or ability to obtain
  • Basic Life Support (BLS), Advance Care Life Support (ACLS)
