KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Team Leader, you will oversee all aspects of operations during your shift. This includes managing costs, overseeing inventory, handling cash, and ensuring excellent customer relations. You will set the standard for your team and uphold all policies and procedures consistently.

REQUIREMENTS
General responsibilities for all team members include:

- Operating equipment
- Stocking ingredients from delivery to storage and work areas
- Preparing food products
- Processing customer orders via phone
- Conducting inventory and related paperwork
- Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and facilities regularly.

Training:
On-the-job orientation and training will be provided.

Communication Skills:
- Ability to follow and provide clear written instructions
- Strong verbal communication skills for customer and team interactions.

Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in basic math operations
- Capability to provide accurate monetary change
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Coordination skills for precise tasks
- Ability to input orders using technology.
