- Work as a team to ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standards and that all work is done in a timely and efficient manner.
- Examine and identify necessary repairs and maintenance needed for vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure that all mechanical issues have been addressed and make recommendations as needed.
- Be physically able to lift 70 lbs. and endure continuous crouching, bending, and turning.
- Have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
- At least 2 years of professional mechanical experience working in automotive repair.
- Energetic, ethical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
