About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Operations Manager to join our team at Point Solutions Group. As an Office Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our front desk, ensuring seamless interactions with internal and external parties.

Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management: Oversee the front desk operations, including welcoming and directing visitors, answering and directing calls, and screening and badging visitors.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate proactive administrative support for multiple leaders, including receiving, sorting, and distributing mail deliveries, facilitating shipping and receiving of office items, and processing envelope postage.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain office supplies, schedule equipment maintenance, and coordinate conference room set-up, catering, and IT equipment requests.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, including copying, scanning, faxing, filing, and maintaining contact information and filing system processes.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2 years of administrative experience required.
  • Skills: Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; general knowledge of administrative practices, including clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and utilizing office equipment.
  • Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
