Job Title: Mental Health Outreach Manager

Muir Wood Adolescent & Family Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mental Health Outreach Manager to join our team. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for building relationships with therapists, intensive outpatient programs, and acute care mental health programs across Northern California.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing referral sources in the adolescent mental health and substance disorder field
  • Identify and cultivate new referral opportunities to increase admissions to our Residential and Intensive Outpatient programs
  • Educate potential referral sources about our approach to care and our services
  • Conduct presentations and provide information about Muir Wood services to families, providers, and other groups working with this demographic
  • Schedule and facilitate tours with referents to Muir Wood residential and out-patient facilities
  • Coordinate and participate in adolescent health-related networking/educational events
  • Collaborate with the admissions and clinical teams to ensure an effective and efficient admission process
  • Provide ongoing and timely communication with all parties involved in the admission process
  • Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to document all call activity

Requirements:

  • At least two years of successful experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or mental health fields
  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences, business, marketing, or communications strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in adolescent mental health/substance disorders strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Consistently supports and emulates superior customer service standards internally and externally
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Northern California on a daily basis
  • Ability to pass State mandated background checks
