The Transporter Experience team within the Delivery Technology Organization is responsible for providing delivery personnel with best-in-class technical solutions, enabling them to perform at the highest level. We focus on ensuring that transporters feel supported and empowered in their work, which ultimately benefits our customers.
The Transporter Experience (TransporterX) team owns, defines, and operationalizes products and programs to support a global fleet. We cover a range of delivery modalities, including smartphone applications, in-vehicle console displays, and supplementary support devices. Our approach is centered around customer obsession and technical excellence, with a focus on metrics and sentiment-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with technical leaders to drive a long-term vision for secure delivery, doorstep service, and transporter sentiment product portfolio.
- Ensure transporters feel supported, appreciated, and able to successfully execute all tasks safely and efficiently.
- Work with teams across the company to align interests and implement scalable solutions.
- Lead high-impact projects, anticipate bottlenecks, manage the roadmap, make trade-offs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
- 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
- Experience in technical product management.
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements.
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.
