- Travel Requirement: This position necessitates approximately 75% travel.
- Location: Candidates should be situated in the Central region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support our Infectious Disease Business Unit by ensuring seamless connectivity and operational efficiency.
- Engage in remote work while traveling to various sites as required.
- Travel expenses such as airfare will be covered, while accommodations, rental vehicles, and meals will need to be initially paid by the individual and later reimbursed.
Essential Skills:
- Prior IT experience with proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide remote support.
- Experience in troubleshooting and preliminary diagnostics.
Support Activities Include:
- Deployment of instrumentation in diverse settings such as hospitals, laboratories, and clinics.
- Advising clients on best practices and the business implications of adopting POC Link solutions.
- Monitoring customer practices and reporting key insights.
Additional Duties:
- Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
- Assisting with product-related questions, including implementation and troubleshooting.
- Documenting customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Identifying issues that require further consultation and escalating as necessary.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Associate's degree in IT or related fields.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud network practices.
- Understanding of cybersecurity and firewall resolution.
- Knowledge of network configurations and routing protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Background in customer support within medical facilities.
