  • Travel Requirement: This position necessitates approximately 75% travel.
  • Location: Candidates should be situated in the Central region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our Infectious Disease Business Unit by ensuring seamless connectivity and operational efficiency.
  • Engage in remote work while traveling to various sites as required.
  • Travel expenses such as airfare will be covered, while accommodations, rental vehicles, and meals will need to be initially paid by the individual and later reimbursed.

Essential Skills:

  • Prior IT experience with proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide remote support.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and preliminary diagnostics.

Support Activities Include:

  • Deployment of instrumentation in diverse settings such as hospitals, laboratories, and clinics.
  • Advising clients on best practices and the business implications of adopting POC Link solutions.
  • Monitoring customer practices and reporting key insights.

Additional Duties:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Assisting with product-related questions, including implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Documenting customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Identifying issues that require further consultation and escalating as necessary.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Associate's degree in IT or related fields.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud network practices.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity and firewall resolution.
  • Knowledge of network configurations and routing protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Background in customer support within medical facilities.
