Pediatric Dental Hygienist Role

At GEN4 Dental, we are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and a supportive work environment for our team members. As a Pediatric Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hygiene clinical procedures, including oral prophylaxis, sealants, fluoride, oral cancer screenings, and x-rays.
- Educate patients on the importance of oral hygiene and provide instructions and demonstrations of effective oral hygiene methods.
- Communicate with the doctor regarding opportunities for restorative and/or periodontal needs.
- Obtain and review dental history and/or records from patients and ensure health history is updated for all returning patients.
Qualifications:
- Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
- X-Ray/Radiology Certification where state regulations specify.
- Local Anesthesia/Nitrous Oxide certification where state regulations specify.
