Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Crothall Healthcare. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our hospitality and maintenance staff, ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the facility.
  • Supervise and train hospitality and maintenance staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field required.
  • 4 years of experience in hospitality or maintenance, including supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
