Human Resources Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator Specialist to join our team at The Arc of Ocean County. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for recruiting and providing support for daily operations.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience working in a Human Resources role and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. A Bachelor's Degree in a Human Resources or related field is required, with SHRM certification preferred.
Responsibilities include:
- Create job ads and screen candidates for all open positions
- Schedule and conduct interviews and job fairs
- Manage candidate pipeline and work with new hires and department managers/Directors to support the on-boarding process
- Ensure proper compliance with funding source and employment requirements
- Administer benefits and work with the finance department to ensure billing is reconciled
This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and FSA coverage, 401k with agency match, tuition reimbursement, career advancement opportunities, referral program, paid time off, holiday pay, and paid on-the-job training.
