Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the occupational therapy evaluation and treatment of patients, under the direct supervision of an OTR/L.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Program.
  • Massachusetts Certified Occupational Therapy license with current registration and certification.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a behavioral health or similar setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
