Machine Operator Job Description: Manufacturing Inc is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining coating and laminating machines to meet production goals.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Operating and maintaining coating and laminating machines to produce high-quality products according to customer specifications.
  • Monitoring and adjusting machine speed, tension, and airflow to maintain optimal production conditions.
  • Handling silicone, non-silicone, and adhesive mixes, ensuring proper consistency by pumping or adding by hand.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 12-18 months of experience operating coating or similar machinery.
  • The ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs independently and up to 200 lbs with assistance.
