Optomi, in collaboration with a prominent entity in the Pharmaceutical Distribution sector, is in search of a SAP S/4 HANA MM / WM Functional Analyst to enhance their team. In this role, you will be instrumental in facilitating the effective deployment and utilization of S/4 HANA MM, WM, and SD functionalities. By utilizing standard integration solutions within S/4 HANA, you will work closely with various business functions, stakeholders, and IT to execute strategic initiatives that generate business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for S/4 HANA MM, WM, and SD modules, aiding in the enablement of business processes.
  • Configure SAP MM (Materials Management) and WM (Warehouse Management) modules according to business specifications. Implement solutions that conform to industry best practices and SAP standards.
  • Examine and map business processes related to procurement, inventory management, and warehouse operations. Identify gaps and recommend SAP-based solutions to enhance processes.
  • Ensure smooth integration of SAP MM and WM modules with other SAP modules (SAP-ATTP) and external systems. Configure interfaces and data flows to support comprehensive business processes.
  • Provide continuous support and maintenance for SAP MM and WM functionalities. Troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures.
  • Create test scripts, perform system testing (unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing), and validate SAP MM and WM configurations against business specifications.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • At least 10 years of overall experience in developing and configuring SAP solutions, with a minimum of 4 years in MM/WM/SD as a S/4 HANA Functional Lead/Analyst.
  • Experience in at least one complete lifecycle implementation of S/4 HANA (from requirements gathering to go-live support).
  • Familiarity with RF screens and their integration with WM.
  • Expertise in Business Process Design and Analysis within the Supply Chain domain.
  • Understanding of Release Management and Change Management processes.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Fiori applications for S/4 SRM and EWM and MM.
