Position Overview:
The Cocktail Server plays a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by providing exceptional beverage service. This position requires a friendly demeanor and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and serve drinks to patrons in various settings, including lounges and dining areas.
- Process beverage orders and communicate them effectively to bartenders.
- Skillfully manage and transport trays filled with beverages.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Position Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service abilities are essential.
- Capability to remain on foot for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Must obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
