Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Server to join our team at Evangeline Downs. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.
  • Receive and understand beverage orders, relay drink orders to bartenders, and maintain accurate records.
  • Circulate throughout assigned work stations, greeting guests, taking beverage orders, and delivering beverages.
  • Compute charges for orders and accept payment, maintaining an accurate bank at all times.
  • Provide complimentary beverages in accordance with company policy.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Six (6) months of related experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Ability to walk for duration of shift and carry trays weighing up to 10 pounds.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications.
