Post Production Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Seasonal Post Production Assistant to join our team at the National Football League. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our media management and post-production group.
Responsibilities:- Support media management tasks, including file naming and metadata tagging within our media asset management system.
- Assist with NFL Game logging using our EVS Logging tool, applying metadata to enhance search functionality.
- Transcribe press conferences and interviews to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information.
- Provide assistant editing duties as needed within Adobe Premiere, ensuring high-quality video content.
- Create ingest placeholders for daily remote and studio feeds, ensuring seamless integration with our media management system.
- Support videotape digitization, converting physical tapes into digital files for easy access and storage.
- Extensive knowledge of the NFL and College football, including team rosters and league activity.
- Demonstrated experience with current post-production software, such as Adobe Premiere CC 2020.
- Fluency with Microsoft Office software applications and cloud-based file sharing services, such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Dropbox.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling highly productive workflows between editorial and production departments.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a live broadcast or post-production environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Ability to adhere to facility SOPs and existing workflows, executing numerous daily tasks with precision.
- Capacity to learn new technology and workflows, providing training and guidance to others as needed.
- Excellent communication skills, fostering highly productive workflows between editorial and production departments.
- Ability to make decisions independently and escalate issues to upper management when necessary.
- This position is based in a 24/7 broadcast facility, requiring flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
We offer a competitive salary range of $26.51-$26.51 USD, commensurate with experience.
