Job Summary

Phoenix Resource Group is seeking a skilled Swiss Screw Machinist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating CNC Swiss Screw Machines to produce high-quality medical parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC Swiss Screw Machines to produce small to micro medical parts.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T to ensure accurate part production.
  • Perform daily maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently.
  • Measure and verify key features on parts to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Prepare First Article Inspection Reports and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC Swiss Screw Machines.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
