Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of business and management principles, including budgeting, planning, resource allocation, and human resources
  • Experience with mechanical engineering/process engineering is an asset
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with personal computers and business applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without relying on positional authority
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate work safely within a team while instilling a strong sense of urgency
