Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with all clinical services available at our clinics, including documentation of care, medication administration, and physical assessment.
- Collaborate closely with a Minute Clinic Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Perform point of care testing and care coordination to ensure seamless patient care.
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Current LPN/LVN License in the state where you are applying.
- Experience with documentation of care, medication administration, and physical assessment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room.
- Experience documenting within an EMR system such as Epic.
- Previous phlebotomy experience.
