Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Physician Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's future by recruiting top-tier Primary Care Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners.

Your responsibilities will include strategic recruitment planning, candidate pipeline management, brand building, interview coordination, process improvement, onboarding support, collaboration, and compliance.

You will work closely with internal departments to align recruitment activities with company needs. You will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, ensuring adherence to all applicable policies and best practices.
