New Hope Christian Church seeks a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our vibrant youth ministry program.

As a Youth Leader, you will play a vital role in nurturing the spiritual growth of young people within our congregation. You will design engaging programs, foster a welcoming environment, and guide youth towards a deeper understanding of their faith.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative youth programs that promote spiritual development and community engagement.
  • Lead Sunday evening youth group meetings, providing guidance and support to young people.
  • Facilitate engaging Bible studies for young adults, fostering meaningful discussions and spiritual exploration.
  • Collaborate with the pastor and church leadership to align youth ministry initiatives with the overall vision of New Hope Christian Church.
  • Maintain open communication with parents and guardians, providing updates on youth activities and progress.
Qualifications
  • A genuine love for Jesus Christ and a commitment to sharing His message with young people.
  • Experience working with youth in a church or community setting.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
