Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care and physical and emotional support to our residents while maintaining a safe and comfortable home-like environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide care and support to a designated group of residents during your shift, including observing and reporting any changes in their condition.
  • Respond promptly to security system and resident call bells, and notify your supervisor or Health Care Coordinator if a resident has increased care needs.
  • Assist with continence management, serve and collect food trays, and maintain the cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
  • Engage residents in activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, and eating, as instructed.
  • Participate in life skills and other life enrichment activities, and greet and assist all internal and external customers, guests, family members, residents, vendors, and team members.
Qualifications
  • Certified Nurse's Aid certification required.
  • High School diploma/GED.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
