    • Monitor and evaluate expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints and offering recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.
    • Assist in the creation of financial reports that support strategic decision-making.
  • Audit Preparation:
    • Support the preparation for external audits by supplying auditors with necessary documentation and clarifications.
    • Collaborate with clients and auditors to resolve audit findings and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Tax Compliance and Planning:
    • Prepare and review tax filings, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
    • Stay updated on changes in tax legislation to provide accurate and timely advice.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and delivering timely, precise accounting services while identifying areas for improvement and valuable insights.
    • Ensure organized and accurate documentation of financial transactions and client communications.
    • Respond promptly to client inquiries, ensuring that all interactions reflect our commitment to exceptional client service.
  • Collaboration and Training:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in the accounting or tax sector.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting and proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks Online.
  • Public Accounting experience is preferred.
  • CPA certification is preferred.
  • Tax experience is preferred but not mandatory.
