Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time MRI Technologist to join our team at Scripps Medical Center in Oceanside. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for MRI procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Monitor patients during procedures and ensure their safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and images
Requirements
  • Certificate in Radiology Technology from an approved school
  • At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work 10-hour shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
