Role Overview:
The Lead Mechanical Systems Engineer will take charge of the design, development, and execution of mechanical systems, emphasizing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) integration. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and project management proficiency to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

- Conduct performance assessments and provide constructive feedback regularly.

Project Oversight:

- Formulate project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Track project milestones and adjust plans as necessary to adhere to deadlines and budgetary limits.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure project coherence and successful delivery.

Design and Development:
- Spearhead the design and development of mechanical systems and components with a focus on MEP.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Employ CAD software to produce detailed designs and prototypes.
- Execute testing and validation of designs to confirm functionality and performance.

MEP Systems Proficiency:
- Design and evaluate HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems for diverse projects.
- Ensure adherence to building codes and regulations pertaining to MEP systems.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines for cohesive MEP designs.

Quality Control:
- Implement quality assurance processes to uphold product and project standards.
- Conduct design evaluations and risk assessments.
- Address technical challenges and resolve design issues.

Communication and Collaboration:
- Act as the primary liaison for mechanical engineering projects.
- Assist project managers in updating stakeholders on project status and challenges.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
