Job Summary

GCC seeks a skilled Paving Foreman to lead our asphalt crew and manage paving projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing teams and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the progress of paving and road construction sites
• Coordinate with supervisors and workers to ensure smooth project execution
• Schedule and plan paving work for the day, assigning tasks to field employees as needed
• Utilize heavy equipment and machinery at job sites
• Ensure timely completion of paving projects while maintaining budgetary constraints
• Implement and oversee health and safety procedures on the job

Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience as a Paving Foreman, with knowledge of job sites, crews, and heavy civil construction. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a team of varied disciplines.
