We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Communications Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and communications department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that align with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multimedia production, including cinematography, motion graphics, and video editing.

Key Responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing comprehensive communication plans across multiple channels
• Creating engaging visual content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform creative decisions

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of strategic marketing communications, excellent oral and written communication skills, and experience in agricultural communications. You should also be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Asana, Google Suite, SmugMug, or related digital asset management tools. A bachelor's degree in Communications, Media/Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
