Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor Rehab. Tech I and II staff in the delivery of prescribed clinical intervention techniques to patients.
- Monitor and assist with personal care, protection, and supervision of residents, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Assist in training newly hired staff and provide guidance on documentation and business processes.
- Specialize in specific healthcare needs as assigned by the program manager.
- Ensure safety and crisis prevention, intervention, and resolution.
- Establish collaborative relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Support clients in identifying and participating in social and leisure activities.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living, including personal care, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor vitals and provide medical support as needed.
- Attend medical appointments and ensure accurate information is relayed between medical providers and care teams.
- Certification as a CNA or a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or institution of higher learning (preferred).
- One year experience as a Hope Network Rehabilitation Technician or two years of experience in a human service agency.
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid.
- Commitment to scheduled shifts, assigned duties, and performance expectations.
- High School Diploma Equivalency or better.
