Become a Part-Time Customer Service Associate
We are looking for a committed Part-Time Customer Service Associate to provide outstanding service to our retail clientele. In this position, you will handle package reception and processing, operate various tools, and offer customers precise information regarding our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to both in-store and phone customers
- Actively listen to customers and colleagues
- Propose solutions to fulfill customers' shipping requirements
- Stay updated on product details, market trends, and alternative options
- Skillfully operate equipment and assist others when necessary
- Ensure a tidy and safe working environment
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in retail or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable, responsible, and capable of lifting over 40 pounds
- Availability to work 25-30 hours weekly
