We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Guide. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding experience when purchasing a vehicle from us.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others. You will work closely with our management team and other sales guides to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers have an outstanding experience when purchasing a vehicle from us.
  • Work closely with our management team and other sales guides to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare titles, loan documents, and take down payments from customers.
  • Take customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
  • Partner with managers and other customer experience guides to delegate tasks and responsibilities.
  • Understand and execute all administrative responsibilities, including deal documentation, underwriting, cash handling, inventory management, and meeting company expectations.
  • Making phone calls, scheduling appointments, answering questions, and educating potential customers about their options.
  • Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of related work experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for the past 3 years.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
