About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lead Cashier to join our team at the Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation gift shops. As a key member of our retail team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Master the register system and handle special transactions with ease
  • Open and close registers with precision and accuracy
Requirements
  • Prior retail, cash-handling, and customer service experience required
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Naturally enjoy interacting with people of all ages and backgrounds
  • Able to proactively engage with customers, demonstrate product features, and effectively communicate with team members and venue staff
Physical Demands
