Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Community Memorial Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering professional nursing care to patients in support of medical care as directed by medical staff and pursuant to objectives and policies of the hospital. This role will involve organizing and coordinating patient care planning with other hospital disciplines, reporting to the Clinic Manager, and interfacing with front office and back office staff to ensure patient flow in the back office of the clinic.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Organize and coordinate patient care planning with other hospital disciplines.
  • Report to the Clinic Manager and interface with front office and back office staff to ensure patient flow.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to deliver patient care as directed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Current CA Registered Nurse License.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification.
  • Preferred: Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN), previous medical office, urgent care, or clinic experience, knowledge of CPT, ICD9, DNV, state-funded programs, HMO, and Medi-Cal.
