Position Overview

At All Day, we are dedicated to enhancing the experience of digital, delivery, and takeout services for all stakeholders involved.

We are in search of culinary team members who possess a genuine passion for food to assist in our delivery-only kitchen operations. Our teams utilize advanced technology, industrial cooking equipment, and electronic order systems to ensure the highest quality food reaches our customers.

This is a full-time role, with an expectation of over 30 hours of work per week.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

  • Dependable and consistently diligent
  • Flexible and proficient with technology: comfort with touch screens and digital applications is essential.
  • Quick to learn and eager to embrace new concepts: we provide monthly training on new menu items, brands, and operational procedures.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities; capable of preparing multiple orders with accuracy and quality.
  • Self-sufficient and able to complete assigned tasks promptly.
  • Previous experience in food service or knowledge of food safety practices is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work autonomously or alongside another team member during shifts, with minimal interaction with customers or delivery personnel.
  • Prepare and cook food according to instructions on order slips and virtual guidelines; ensure the quality and quantity of all orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in food preparation areas.
  • Consistently prepare food to meet customer specifications.
  • Conduct daily inventory tasks, including organizing food by expiration dates.
