Overview

BIBIBOP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our food service team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Accountable for all daily operations of the food service operation
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Demonstrate leadership and promote teamwork to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Create an environment where team members are empowered and delighted, who in turn, delight our guests with genuine hospitality
  • Effectively address employee relations issues to maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure inventory levels are properly maintained to increase sales volume and control inventory
  • Manage the cleaning and maintenance of food service equipment to ensure it is safe and efficient
  • Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Be directly responsible for all fund reconciliation and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare or supervise preparation of all required paperwork to ensure timely and accurate completion
  • Maintain safety and security of the restaurant and document any accidents or incidents that occur
  • Ensure that all personnel know and follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a positive and productive work environment
