As a Licensed Clinician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychotherapy services to our geriatric population in over 300 sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living communities throughout NJ, NY, PA, and MD.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the treatment team to provide individual and group sessions to patients with various mental health concerns.
- Conduct initial assessments and follow-up sessions to help patients achieve their goals.
- Complete documentation within established guidelines using our electronic medical/health system.
- Participate in professional development and maintain licensure requirements to ensure continued expertise in the field.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of employment.
- Experience working with geriatric populations and treating anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
