We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Cardiac Echo Sonographer to join our team at LewisGale Hospital Montgomery. As a key member of our cardiovascular department, you will be responsible for performing accurate analysis of cardiac anatomy and physiology, utilizing ultrasound equipment and image acquisition techniques.
Responsibilities- Perform high-quality echocardiograms and other cardiac ultrasound procedures
- Assess and interpret cardiac anatomy and physiology
- Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest technologies and techniques
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification
- 1+ year of experience in a hospital setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
